Terrible Customer Service

The whole Day l have been given the run around. I called Client Services, held on for a good 20mins only to be told to go to the store in Sandton.

An hours drive later l get to the store, waited in line forever and then they tell me the store doesn’t process my kind of request and I need to call Customer Services.

I call customer services, hold for 9mins, explained my issue and then she drops the phone on me!!😡😡😡

Now l am in line on the phone again so I can explain again!!!

This is pathetic service
