The whole Day l have been given the run around. I called Client Services, held on for a good 20mins only to be told to go to the store in Sandton. An hours drive later l get to the store, waited in line forever and then they tell me the store doesn’t process my kind of request and I need to call Customer Services. I call customer services, hold for 9mins, explained my issue and then she drops the phone on me!!😡😡😡 Now l am in line on the phone again so I can explain again!!! This is pathetic service
Disgusting and Unacceptable 2 weeks ago l noticed spider webs and small worms in my pap and l decided to just chuck the whole bag away and assumed maybe we had not stored it well. I bought another bag a few days ago, and my son noticed a worm in his plate this afternoon. 😡😡😡 We have been eating this mealie meal and after checking the bag, l see a few worms just swimming around the bag!!! How do you sell contaminated food?? I need you to replace the bag l threw away and well and the half contaminated bag l bought last week!! This is unacceptable!!!

Dear FNB Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from FNB, particularly regarding my interactions with FNB Cash Soulutions, my Business Bankers Prinevin and Taneshan. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email over the past months, my concerns have been consistently ignored, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. For the entire year, I have raised issues concerning FNB Cash Solutions in partnership with G4S Deposita, specifically regarding the repeated withholding of funds without any explanation. Each time I reach out for clarification or assistance, I receive no response. My emails have gone unanswered, with some complaints lingering for over a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has severely impacted my business's cash flow, leading to a significant crisis. It feels as though my concerns have been deliberately disregarded, and I can’t help but feel that there is a level of ************** against me for voicing my complaints. I believe that no client should be treated in such a manner, and it appears that my situation is not an isolated incident. I urge you to take my complaints seriously and provide the necessary support and clarity regarding my funds. I am getting sick and tired of your *******!! Last week you stole almost R11 000 from my account, I called you out and and 2 days of back and forths, you refunded me. Today you ***** the same amount again!!! You are messing with my business and noone is bothered!!
Stay away from these *******. My motorbike was hit by one of Paladin’s client called Brewtech Engineering. Brewtech gave me the run around and eventually gave me their insurance information which has been a headache for me since. Paladin requested documentation and quotes which l gave them but for almost a month they gave me the run around and then they eventually transferred me to their bogus lawyers PVWinc, again, they were in on the con. 3 months later, all my emails again unanswered. A guy called Siyanda Mzasi is the culprit at PVWinc, he initially responded to say he is working on the claim but eventually just ignored me. These guys are a ******, stay away from them!!!!!

Every week there’s something!! Last week my payments were delayed and when l complained l was ignored! This week you double charge me for a G4S deposita machine and when l bring it to your attention, you tell me you are investigating. What one earth is there to investigate? Just return my money!
FNB cash solutions has been messing up with our money for a while now and no one cares to let us know what the problem is. Even after sending emails, no one bothers to respond let alone apologize. This has messed up with my business in so many ways and the painful part is l am paying more than R10 000 per month to have this Deposita machine on our premises!!
On 4 May 2024 l wrote complaining about the lack of service by ikhokha and how they blamed it all on FNB without properly communicating with the customers about what the issue was. Today, they struck again and again ikhokha via their support them maintains that there’s no known issues. The biggest problem is their carelessness towards their own clients business livelihood. The payouts are just not there!! No Communication whatsoever and the WhatsApp team just ignore us!!
