Disappointing from start to finish

We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Jessica at Louw & Coetzee Estate Agents during our purchase at Beauvais Hills. From the start, it felt like her only objective was to secure the sale – with no genuine interest in assisting us beyond that point.

Since signing, we have received little to no support. Numerous emails have gone unanswered, including those directed to the owner, Francois, who also never responded. There has been a complete lack of accountability and communication. Any issues raised are simply blamed on the developer, with no effort made to offer solutions or support.

Our property has now been in the building phase for over nine months, with delays and broken promises at every turn. What was initially presented to us as a smooth and well-managed process has turned into a frustrating experience full of empty promises.

Working with this team has been very disappointing. There is clearly no value placed on customer service, transparency, or after-sales care. We would not recommend them to anyone.
