Bad Service
They managed my divorce. Did very limited work for an astronomical amount of money. I arranged my own settlement and supplied it to them. I was billed and paid the full amount before the case could be loaded onto the court role. They messed up the first date and had to re-submit. I was promissed letters to submit to the insurance companies and after several requests none has been forth coming.

06 May 2022, 07:09I had a telephone call regarding my complaint soon after I made the review on Hello Peter telling me that the attorney who managed my divorce was out of the country. They requested me to delete my review because they have now addressed the issue. I said that I would leave the review as my issue has not been addressed as I have not received the promised letters. On the 5th of May, I received a phone call from the attorney who managed my divorce. I could hear in his tone of voice that he was extremely irritated and with a very abrupt tone told me that he could not remember about the letters but if I say that he said he would then he would have to do it. However, I must remember that he would not be able to assist me any further unless he charges me additional money. His tone of voice was quite unacceptable and I advised him that I do not require any more of his time and that he must leave the letters because a month after the divorce he still had not done what he said he would.
Be very careful when you deal with this firm, you may just find you get the same treatment.
