These people deliver stuff to your door saying that you ordered it and then send you an invoice. We told them to remove their stuff but they keep on saying that we placed a recurring order and keep on threatening to send more. I spoke to a Donovan and he is extremely rude and tries to convince you that you actually placed the order. I am the person who sent the electric three wheeler with this company to Ian Mans. Two jackets, a helmet, keys as well as a charger and booklet was stored in a sealed container attached to the three wheeler. The container was opened and apparently the jackets were ****** during transport and did not arrive at the destination. The three wheeler was suppose to be wrapped in bubble wrap which did not happen and the bike was left in the open and got rained upon. This caused an electrical fault which now left the three wheeler non functional. Do not use these guys.
What a disappointment. We were a group of friends totaling 8 having bought a weeks accommodation at the resort. The accommodation was really nice and there are a fair amount of animals to see. When we got to the restaurant however, everything thing was massively over priced. The food was horrendously expensive and honestly not of good quality at all. I have had better pizzas at Pizza Hut than what they put on the table. We wanted to eat at the half way house during our golf (also overpriced) and after having to ask were directed to a corner shop where again, we overpaid for rather uninteresting bacon and egg rolls. We booked a game drive and there were major issues with the number of people that needs to be on the game drive vehicle. Story too long to explain. We were at the resort for 7 days and not even once did anyone attend to our needs with a smile. It was the worst service ever. What really blew me away was having to pay R 40.00 for a 1 kg bag of ice. A complete rip-off but in hind sight it just fitted in with all the other over priced services we received. We went to play golf at Euphoria on the second last day and we found the service to be 500% better than Zebula service. The golf was cheaper and the golf course in 10x better condition than Zebula. Do not waste your money at Zebula, go to Euphoria....takes the same amount of time to drive there. Extremely poor Zebula and the management at Zebula. You are a disgrace to our tourist industry.
I canceled my Fibre within the required time. 30 Days / Calander month notice on 01 September 2022. They still deducted the monthly fee at end of September saying I should have cancelled before the 1st and not on the 1st. What a bunch of thieves. I just wish that everyone in this country would stop supporting this conglomerate and punish them for what they are. A bunch of thieves....disappearing mobile network time....etc.
I sent and email on 25 March 2022 and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me. I am still waiting.....11 April 2022 No Reference numbers given on automated response.
They managed my divorce. Did very limited work for an astronomical amount of money. I arranged my own settlement and supplied it to them. I was billed and paid the full amount before the case could be loaded onto the court role. They messed up the first date and had to re-submit. I was promissed letters to submit to the insurance companies and after several requests none has been forth coming.
This is the worst company to deal with. They send you from pillar to post trying to resolve a claim on a policy. They just do not give a damn ...they transfer you to a call center and there you just sit....for hours. This is the most pathetic company anyone can dela with.
I have been to the EAAB 3 times now with the same issues. Every time they tell me the issues have been resolved and will reflect in 2 days. Two days later and nothing changes. This is another pathetic government organisation.
Multichoice offers 4 methods of resolving issues... 1. Telephone Call.....You always wait 10 minutes at least for service because their call center's are so busy resolving bad service 2. DSTV App on cellphone....pathetic....never works.... 3. DSTV web site.....just as pathetic.....never works... 4. Whatsapp....even more pathetic...never works..... It seems DSTV now employs below par s****s in order to save money from losing so many customers....now we all suffer.... PLEASE resolve your below par service.....
I had major dental work done. I selected to have it done in the Dr rooms. Anesthetist came to Dr rooms and administered medication. Took 4 hours to complete the work. Discovery Health refuses to pay any costs as in hospital costs because it was done in dentists rooms. Had I gone to hospital, Discovery would have been saddled with full costs plus the additional hospital and theater costs. Instead of a total R 25,000.00 bill it would have been a R 60,000 bill. This policy sucks and must be addressed. It is daylight robbery. Discovery Health Front page starts off.... "The success of Discovery Health is due to our ability to offer a fully integrated, value-driven healthcare operating system to our clients, centred on meeting the full spectrum of healthcare needs of client medical schemes." There is ZERO value in what they offer their customers. It is just a money grabbing entity making millions in profit.
