Title: Extremely Frustrating Experience with Receptionist
My experience with Louwrens Koen attorneys has been marred by the consistently rude behavior of their receptionist, Minke. My husband and I engaged their services for an ANC contract, and while we initially thought highly of the company, our encounters with Minke have been nothing short of infuriating.
Attempting to seek clarification on aspects of our contract turned into a futile exercise as Minke repeatedly interrupted and refused to let us express our concerns. What's more, every time I requested to speak, she put me on hold, prolonging the already frustrating conversation.
It's disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism from a key point of contact within a reputable legal firm. While I acknowledge the competence of the legal services provided by Louwrens Koen attorneys, the presence of a receptionist like Minke severely undermines the overall experience for clients.
This incident is not an isolated one; Minke has been consistently rude during our interactions, prompting me to report her behavior directly to the lawyer/business owner. It's alarming that a firm with an otherwise commendable reputation allows such unprofessionalism at the forefront of client communication.
I sincerely hope that the management takes swift action to rectify this situation and improve the professionalism of their receptionist. Until then, I caution potential clients about the frustrating and disrespectful treatment they may encounter, despite the legal competence of the firm.
