I recently sold my car for the first time, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Warren Lawson at Wingfield Motors Kuilsriver. As a first-time seller, I was quite nervous about the process, but Warren was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He walked me through every step, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. Thank you, Warren, for making what could have been a stressful experience smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend Wingfield Motors – and especially Warren – to anyone looking to buy or sell a car!
Tendani Very professional service thank for all support
My recent experience with Louwrens Koen attorneys has been marred by the consistently rude behaviour of an employee named Minke or Mika, whose position within the firm remains unclear to me, whether she is a receptionist or part of the Antenuptial Contracts and Trust registration division. My husband and I engaged their services for an ANC contract, expecting a smooth and professional interaction. However, any attempt to seek clarification or discuss aspects of our contract with Minke/Mika proved to be a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Not only did she display a complete lack of courtesy by not allowing us to express our concerns, but she also repeatedly put me on hold whenever I requested the opportunity to speak. While I believe in the overall competence of Louwrens Koen attorneys, the unprofessional conduct of this particular employee, Minke/Mika, has left a lasting negative impression. It's disheartening to witness such behavior from someone representing a reputable legal firm, and it undoubtedly reflects poorly on the company's image. This is not an isolated incident, as Minke/Mika has been consistently rude during our interactions. In response to these instances, I reported her behavior directly to the lawyer/business owner in the hope that appropriate action will be taken to address these lapses in professionalism. Despite the commendable legal services provided by Louwrens Koen attorneys, the persistent unprofessionalism displayed by Minke/Mika is a significant drawback. I urge the management to take prompt and effective measures to rectify this situation, ensuring that clients do not have to endure disrespectful treatment. Until such improvements are made, I caution potential clients about the unfortunate experiences I have had with this specific employee at Louwrens Koen attorneys. I know they record all their phone calls: (here is the time and date of my terrible experience) 31 January 2024 at 14:29 I spoke to a lady named Minke or Mika
Title: Extremely Frustrating Experience with Receptionist My experience with Louwrens Koen attorneys has been marred by the consistently rude behavior of their receptionist, Minke. My husband and I engaged their services for an ANC contract, and while we initially thought highly of the company, our encounters with Minke have been nothing short of infuriating. Attempting to seek clarification on aspects of our contract turned into a futile exercise as Minke repeatedly interrupted and refused to let us express our concerns. What's more, every time I requested to speak, she put me on hold, prolonging the already frustrating conversation. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism from a key point of contact within a reputable legal firm. While I acknowledge the competence of the legal services provided by Louwrens Koen attorneys, the presence of a receptionist like Minke severely undermines the overall experience for clients. This incident is not an isolated one; Minke has been consistently rude during our interactions, prompting me to report her behavior directly to the lawyer/business owner. It's alarming that a firm with an otherwise commendable reputation allows such unprofessionalism at the forefront of client communication. I sincerely hope that the management takes swift action to rectify this situation and improve the professionalism of their receptionist. Until then, I caution potential clients about the frustrating and disrespectful treatment they may encounter, despite the legal competence of the firm.
On the 19th of October I got Mini and Maxi Movers (3 guys) to come and remove all my old furniture from my house as I am refurnishing my place. They came to my house at 08:17 that morning and started removing furniture. They started removing furniture from the main bedroom (which I found strange because I thought they world start with the living room). They took the furniture down to the truck. My mother pointed out a few times that they were taking long by the truck and I had to her but they are only 3 guys. They came back up and then started in the other room (we were very confused about this but we accepted it because we thought they wanted to put things in strategically). Yet again they took long and I decided to go check up on them to see if everything was okay. When I got to the truck and I noticed they were indulged in a bag I recognised to well, This was my mother jewellery bag. I immediately shouted 'WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING???? YOU'RE STEALING OUR JEWELLERY!!!'. I started screaming for my boyfriend to come search them to recover something they took and at the same time demanded the bag back. One of the guys put back everything that was out of the bag and handed the bag over to me. I ran upstairs and showed my mother what they took, she was so shocked and I told her to see what is missing and we found 4 empty ring boxes. I immediately phoned the owner/manager of Mini and Maxi Movers and he made it very clear that he didnt believe me because he states these guys are working for him for 11 years and will let them raise his children. He also stated 'that this is Africa and what can you do'. I am deeply disappointed in this company and the lack of support I got from the owner. I honestly feel like the drivers for Mini and Maxi Movers came with the intent to look for valuable and steal it. I recommend anyone that is interested in hiring this company not to. They do their job but their intention is to steal. After we gave the 3 guys a chance to hand over what they took they still said they don't have anything so we involved the police. The police searched them/ the vehicle, they made them unload the truck again to search it. They search the drains and the bushes and nothing was found. We couldn't recover what was stolen so all thats left to do is to warn people about this company and their drivers who are criminals. This was my personal experience and would not recommend anyone uses this company (Mini and Maxi Movers).
