Unprofessional and unethical

Good Afternoon Marc. As mentioned to you by Nick Bekker, the Owner of LRG solar, we are in the process of getting the matter esolved between Mercantile Bank (Where we have our business account) and Capitec Bank ( Where you paid from). Our system generates Receipts on Proof of Payments, so as a result you would have received a Receipt, based on the Proof of Payment we have received. We did mention that we will send you a screenshot of all payments reveived in our bank account, and also offerred that you come to our office, and have a look with our Managing Director, at our bank account to confirm that we have not received the funds. Further, the mail has been sent to Capitec, requesting feedback from them, and as agreed byetween you and Nick, the response mail will be sent to you as soon as received. It is a pity that you choose to insult our business, and not mention all the facts. Please afford us the time to receive the information from the bank, as discussed. Please feel free to visit our office at any time, to come and verify any of the information we have so freely shared with you. I am sure this matter will be resolved soon. It does seem suspicious that we have received a proof of payment, and the mo ey did not clear. So please consider this before bad-mouthing a company, when the problem could be with your bank.
