DISGUSTING SERVICE
I bought a Solar System from this company and was told I would generate 7.5 kw per hour after the solar system was installed it was reported by the electrician that it was only generating 3 kw per hour. The supplier said he would install a further 6 panels to generate more electricity. After six months of false promises he sent me a e-mail saying that he was not going to do anything and then blocked me on his phone. I now have a problem with the batteries which are beeping 24 hours a day. I got two independent suppliers to come and have a look for me as I am blocked by LRG Solar and they have warned of a fire hazard. I contact the supplier via a friend of his and now I have another seriously nasty, sarcastic and rude message from the supplier who is not prepared to do anything about my problem. I cannot believe that my house could burn down and he is not prepared to do anything about it. He says he is only prepared to deal with me through a lawyer. GRE4AT WORK LRG SOLAR YOU REALLY DON'T CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Customer service is not a phrase they are aware of and they are extremely unprofessional. Happy to take my money and not pitch up when the installation is scheduled. Absolutely no communication from them whatsoever, then throwing his toys out the cot because I don't accept his amateur, lame duck excuses. Now that I have requested a refund they are insinuating that I am a scammer as the deposit I paid over a week ago is not in their bank account. I think they do this on purpose to everyone who asks for a refund just to mess us around or they have a serious cash flow problem. Either way this is a true reflection of their business ethics. Or lack thereof! The owner is arrogant and has a couldn't care less attitude. Karma is a b with an itch. As the saying goes, what comes around goes around.

Went above & beyond to keep a customer satisfied
I would like to thank Rozanne & team from LRG Solar for giving me excellent service. Rozanne really went out of her way to give me great customer service & made sure my item was delivered on time. Great stuff guys keep up the good work.

LRG SOLAR - POOR SERVICE!!!
We enlisted their services to remove our Solar Panels as we were busy with water proofing at our offices in Bryanston. We paid the total amount as per their terms stating that they require full payment before any work done. We paid and they came to remove our solar panels. Our agreement was that they needed to come reinstall the solar panels once water proofing was done. There were 2 appointments set up by them to reinstall and both these appointments were not honored and they kept on making excuses. When my MD made contact with the owner, he promised to pay our refund and we are still yet to receive our money. This whole thing started October 2018. I have sent them emails with our banking details as per their request but they haven't paid back our money. PAY BACK OUR MONEY ASAP!!!
