I called Multichoice on the 20th December 2021 to enquire about making payment. I advised the consultant that going forward I will be paying my monthly premium on the 20th of every month and she agreed. On the 05 Jan 2022 my DSTV was disconnected and when I called the lady had not changed it on the system so I had to pay again on the 05 January 2022. When I called to dispute the whole situation I was told I was paying for a pro rated amount and the lady did not advise this on the 20th December. I spoke to 6 different consultants on the 05 January namely Wandile, Sinethemba who told me I couldn't speak to a Team Leader because she's working from home, Simbulelo who said she will get her team leader to call me which this did not happen. She said her team leader will call me before 16:30 and no one called, Caitlin who also promised to get her team leader to call me and no no call was received, Slindile also couldn't assist and I lastly spoke to Ntombizonke who also put my call on hold for 30 minutes. All these calls were from my airtime and no one cared to assist me. I asked that the call made on the 20 Dec 2021 should be listened to so that can serve as proof that I was not advised about any pro rated rates. Its he 6th Jan 2022 and I'm yet to receive a call!!
Went to go buy supper and the service was terrible...I had to wait 30 minutes for a burger meal and masala box..... The lady that works there by the name of Silingile was very rude not to me alone also an elderly woman that was also waiting for her order. You don't need people like Silindile to work in ur establishment. SHE IS RUDE!!!
I called Kabelo (in accounts dep) on the 22nd Nov 2019 to let him know that I'm currently unemployed and I will be deposit my monthly installment and I asked that he let's he should fix it on the system. I called again on the 26th Nov 2019 to remind him to please ensure that they have cancelled the debit order as I don't want to be on a minus on my account. He said it's fine....it's all done. Now at 20:00 26th I get a message from my bank that ADT attempted to debit my account. This Kabelo guy is really incompetent.... ADT SUCKS BIG TIME.
We enlisted their services to remove our Solar Panels as we were busy with water proofing at our offices in Bryanston. We paid the total amount as per their terms stating that they require full payment before any work done. We paid and they came to remove our solar panels. Our agreement was that they needed to come reinstall the solar panels once water proofing was done. There were 2 appointments set up by them to reinstall and both these appointments were not honored and they kept on making excuses. When my MD made contact with the owner, he promised to pay our refund and we are still yet to receive our money. This whole thing started October 2018. I have sent them emails with our banking details as per their request but they haven't paid back our money. PAY BACK OUR MONEY ASAP!!!
My husband bought chicken breasts on the 27 May 2019. We only noticed that the chicken had an off date the following week when I cooked the chicken. The Sell by date was 25/05/19 and Best By date was 25/05/19. The chicken tasted awful.
