As soon as I tell them I want to close my account they put me on hold and keep me waiting for nearly 10 minutes, until I hang up. This is their way of bypassing the responsibility.
Extremely expensive, terrible service and very unhelpful. As a buyer they force you to use an app that is badly designed and they charge you handsomely whether you like it or not. They did not provide the litigation to me once the sale had completed as promised. Two years later LG provided it when asked without apologising until I pointed this out to her. DE, the conveyancer, was supposed to contact me re access to my property and to date has failed to do so. Three weeks later i'm still waiting! This company is not recommended.
*********** staff, very unfriendly and customer service is non-excitant. I am led to believe that the paralegal that handled my property transfer will be a lawyer soon. If this is the level of service that you provide then good luck to you in the future. Maybe you should become a used car sales person. Two (2) years after the property transfer and I am still waiting for important documents. Phoned to speak with her at 16:30 to be told she leaves at 16:00. Left a message for her to call me back the next day and sent an email requesting said document. Neither she, nor her sidekick, had the decency to return my call or respond to my email. Appalling lack of service.

VFS don't deserve the 1 star. This has to be one of the worst businesses ever. I app**** for my visa months ago and the visa was granted last Thursday. VFS received my passport on Friday from the embassy and supposedly handed it to the courier on Monday but they cannot and will not give me a tracking number. I missed my flight yesterday due to their incompetence. They really do not care about their clients.
This has to be the worst website there is. Absolutely nothing works, not even the simplest function like presenting my detailed policy. So I downloaded the policy and that won't open! I wrote to them a week ago and received the usual cookie cut response that my complaint was being attended to and to date, nothing has changed. If your IT department can't solve basic issues then there is something seriously wrong with this group.
DSTV calls us to tell us our decoder is outdated and it needs to be replaced. I tell them to get lost. Within minutes that decoder stops working. This has happened THREE times now and i'm sick of it. Stop harassing your loyal clients and leave us alone.
Get inundated with telesales calls trying to sell me a new HD PVR decoder. I refuse so they call my wife. A few days later the Explora packs up, hard disk full. This is the SECOND time this exact scenario has happened. Coincidence, I think not!
Tried contacting them via WhatsApp. Took over 1,5 hours to get a response from Sifiso M, and when I pointed out that their response time is unacceptable, he merely shrugged it off without an apology. That's the level of service delivery today. take your money and don't dare complain.
