I have been trying to sort out Discovery Miles for 4 months. I get sent from pillar to post and I get promised call backs from various staff but they never ever call me back. I am being FORCED to open a bank account with Discovery so I can spend months and months and months worth of Discovery Miles but then I get told I can only use my phone. I have numb fingers and find it impossible to type on my phone and use Voice Activated software not my fingers. The change from Cashback to Miles was just a **** to get more people to use Discovery Bank. I get far better interest rates from Nedbank so why would I want a Discovery bank account? Just one big fat ****.
I submitted a 100% genuine Vet claim to Outsurance. The claim was rejected as the Vet had not put a diagnosis on the claim form. When I queried this with the staff member ZOLEKA MAZOLO I was told that I was committing *****. fI will be taking legal action for Defamation of Character and referring Outsurance to the Insurance. Ombudsman. Be very careful before trusting them with your Pet Insurance.
I bought a Solar System from this company and was told I would generate 7.5 kw per hour after the solar system was installed it was reported by the electrician that it was only generating 3 kw per hour. The supplier said he would install a further 6 panels to generate more electricity. After six months of false promises he sent me a e-mail saying that he was not going to do anything and then blocked me on his phone. I now have a problem with the batteries which are beeping 24 hours a day. I got two independent suppliers to come and have a look for me as I am blocked by LRG Solar and they have warned of a fire hazard. I contact the supplier via a friend of his and now I have another seriously nasty, sarcastic and rude message from the supplier who is not prepared to do anything about my problem. I cannot believe that my house could burn down and he is not prepared to do anything about it. He says he is only prepared to deal with me through a lawyer. GRE4AT WORK LRG SOLAR YOU REALLY DON'T CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I ordered a gas stove from Game and it was promised for delivery on the 18th. The stove has not arrived and I cannot find a single person at Game that can help me. I got on their chat and the person on the other end obviously does not speak or understand English as regardless of what I asked I got the same stupid response that was no help at all. I requested a call back - still waiting. Pathetic service and no way of finding out what is going on. They take your money and then can't be bothered to deliver the goods. I can't even get someone to help me to cancel the order so I can go elsewhere. My best suggestion don't buy from them.
DSTV is a total joke. They won't let me have internet unless I sign up for a debit order with them. I had a debit order and they took that as carte blanche to take however much money they felt like every month. In three months they took R13,500 out of my account. What I owed them was R899 per month. It then took me six months to get my money back. They now want me to sign another debit order they must think we are all completely stupid.
Never in my life have I dealt with a company that does nothing but lie to their customers. They did a installation for me that is not up to code and doesn't work and when I insisted that because of the shoddy work they cancel my order I am told I will have to pay for the installation even though it doesn't work. I have spent over R1,000 on telephone calls just to be lied to by every single person I have spoken to. The sales manager Shea Ben is the worst of the bunch every time he opens his mouth its to tell another lie. Don't deal with this company they are not worth the hassle.
The staff have absolutely no clue how to answer a problem over the phone. I have now had to phone 6 times I have had 6 different stories and still no one can sort oput my problem. They have linked my cell phone number to someone who has not paid their tax for 8 years and I have now received 977 text messages demanding my tax returns. My tax returns have been submitted on time every year for over 40 years. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM.
Twice a week I am receiving an SMS from SARS at 03h00 in the morning waking me. It would not be so bad if they were trying to get hold of me but their not they have attached the wrong cell phone number to the wrong Income Tax Number. I phoned them today and they tell me that there is nothing that they can do about it and I will keep receiving the SMS until the person who they are trying to contact does something about their tax. Considering that this persons tax has been outstanding for years I will be having no sleep because of SARS for years to come. Pathetic is what they are totally pathetic.
I ordered some goods from Takealot.com to be delivered. I then got an SMS telling me my "delivery" was ready for collection. I lodged a complaint and all I got in return was to Rate the representative dealing with my problem. I never heard from this person David Vaphi my problem has not been resolved and now I am being ignored. I will never order from them again there are plenty of other companies to order online from. I really don't need this frustration.
When Frogfoot installed fibre in my road they cut through the main electrical cable to my home. Despite the fact that it took them all day to reconnect my electricity at the time they cut through the power cable there was a power surge into my home which blew up my power inverter. I have asked for address details for this company but just get ignored. You can't phone them they never ever answer there phone. I am now sitting with the cost of replacing this power inverter. Disgusted to say the least. Their staff who did the fibre installation insulted and swore at me. Be careful doing business with this company.
