<p>Basically I bought the jersey from lucky brand store two weeks ago in Pavilion R 1800. I wore it straight from the store, even asked one of their guys to take out the tag cos I was excited about it and had no intention of returning it.</p> <p>30 min wearing the jersey while in the movie theatre felt uncomfortable Coz it was irritating me on the neck. Last Sunday my partner came to store to return it for me was given grief that the jersey cannot be return because I left the store wearing it. How was I to know that the jersey will cause irritation or discomfort, if I didn't wear it.</p> <p>Today, went to the store spoke to the Sales Manager Anthony who couldn't assist as well. I ended up dropping the jersey, same condition as I bought it. They can keep both the money and the jersey. I must say, I'm very disappointed at how they addressed my situation. They have lost one of their customers.</p> <p>Sisi</p>

Just to bring you to light on my situation and Terrible/Unhelpful service I've received at your East Gate Stand Alone and Edgar's Sandton stores!<br> <br> On 28 December 2014 I purchased a Lucky Brand T-Shirt for R649.00 at the Edgar's Pavillion Store in Durban while on holiday<br> <br> I wore the T-Shirt twice without washing it and eventually ended up washing it when I returned home on the 02 January 2014. After washing the T-Shirt I noticed the there were two holes that appeared where the label is sewn on and one hole in the front of the t-shirt towards the bottom.<br> <br> I took the T-Shirt back to Edgar's the very next weekend on the evening of the 09 January 2015 and was told that without my proof of purchase, they would not be able to assist me in exchanging the t-shirt for a new one! I was able to assist with a Date and Time more or less but still no help was given. I then went to the stand alone Lucky Brand store in Eastgate this past Friday night and they too were unable to assist in exchanging the t-shirt! <br> <br> I think this is poor service all round and I will not be purchasing Lucky Brand ever again!
