The Lucky Brand South Africa online shop is ****. The payment is processed as OSCARKITTO. Beware and don’t buy on this website. They’ve pirated the actual Lucky Brand website.
Clayvon Sarmie has been magnificent. He is professional, very knowledgable and extremely kind. PPS is very fortunate to have him.
Martha Chambale helped me resolve an issue with my PPS policy. She managed to change my mood from highly irritated to super impressed with the service I was getting. She is highly knowledgeable, professional and helpful! Well done Martha! PPS is lucky to have you!!
Like the other reviewers I ordered a thigh master on 17 August and have not received any confirmation from them, but they’ve taken my money on the Shopify platform. Shopify should be held accountable for the fraudulent transaction and should be investigated for their association and connection to GymPride.
Terrible experience. No Covid safety measures - no temperature checking, no sanitiser, no masks required. Waiters masks hanging loosely over their mouths, noses not covered at all. After having placed orders, the waiter returned to inform that only 2 of the 5 orders could be provided and that 3 people had to change their order. Of a table of 5 persons, 3 persons received their food first, 5 minutes later the fourth person received her food and only 10 minutes later the last person received her order. 15 minutes between the first 3 people and the last one at the table to be served. The food was terrible. Bone dry fried hake (after being told that they did not have any chicken) a dry tartare sauce and cold fries. A different pasta in the salad than was stated on the menu. 5 salt shakers later, we still could not get any salt. Tashas food is not cheap, and normally one has no problem paying this, but the experience at Tashas on Sandton Square on Saturday night was shocking, disappointing, and enough to ensure that we will NEVER return to Tashas again.
I placed an (expensive) order with Wantitall on 23 June 2020. Their commitment was to deliver within 14 days. It has been 29 days and I have yet to receive my order. I contacted them several times and received a few unsatisfactory responses. The status of order update claims the item was received in their warehouse on 21 July 2020. Since then I have not heard from them - it is not possible to contact them via phone, and they no longer respond to queries. I am seeking legal advice. Their practices are unethical and very suspect. I believe that this is a matter for the Hawks and will also be contacting Carte Blanche to look into their business.
