Hello,
I have been a loyal customer of Lucky Fish for many years. My sons, now aged 23–25, and I have been visiting your establishment since they were in junior school. However, over the years, I’ve noticed a decline in service quality.
What’s even more concerning is that the portion sizes have significantly decreased, despite the rising prices. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the final straw for me. What was supposed to be a family dinner turned into a disappointing evening.
The snoek was of poor quality, and the portions of chips and hake were far too small. The so-called "family portion" was barely enough for two people. If you advertise a family portion, it should genuinely meet those expectations.
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I doubt I will be returning.
