LUCKYBUYSHOP IS A SCAM
I have a trail of about one hundred emails to them, and until recently I have been able to get a response from a a certain Abfodr Olkalh on email moosasjgervq@gmail.com. The last mail was that I would be refunded. Now when enquiring when the refund will take place the email is returned as "ADDRESS NOT FOUND". Please be warned that this is a scam company and do not spend money on them as you will never see anything from them or ever see your money again. Please stay away from them

I have ordered from them in May, and I have only been able to get a order number from them, and the Post Office requires a tracking number. They cannot supply me with this, only that the parcel is in SA. However, all my calls to various departments are rerouted and I am told that I need a tracking number. Luckybuyshop should surely get a tracking number from whoever collected the parcel from them. I have communicated approx 70 times with them via email to no avail except that I must contact the local authorities. They say, "PLEASE BE PATIENT"What a bunch of crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a product from Luckybuyshop online on 24 May 2020, and until now I have not received the product. Communication with these people is a waste of time as all I get is "PLEASE BE PATIENT" This is not acceptable and please do not order from them.
