Unfortunately I can not recommend anybody to use them as I believe they con people into agreeing and do not comply with what they say. They tell you that they will negotiate better interest rates and when you see, all they did was negotiate to only pay the interest portion of your loan. Hence after 5 years I will still owe the full amount to the institution so how does this help an individual to get out of debt. I do not know, they are ****mers, stay away people
I applied for a contract via Iphone in August last year, eventually the Iphone 13 was available in april this year and my contract was activated. I have had endless problems with debit order dates and amounts on incorrect dated and incorrect amounts. Telkom helpline employees are uninformed as they could not assist me. I am now cancelling this contract as I do not need these continuous line disconnections due to Telkom inability to reconcile and collect payments as per mandates. What a bunch of mamparras.
I ordered a bedding set and when it arrived more than three weeks ago, I contacted them to say that the picture and the actual set looks different. I arranged to have it collected, to date still not collected. I have to wait until the item is returned before I can get a refund or credit on my account. The service is pathetic and I will definitely not buy anything from them again.
I ordered a product from Luckybuyshop online on 24 May 2020, and until now I have not received the product. Communication with these people is a waste of time as all I get is "PLEASE BE PATIENT" This is not acceptable and please do not order from them. Two months and I cannot even get a tracking number from them. Pathetic
What a bunch of incompetent people and people with no knowledge of their products and miscommunication between departments. My policy is for R3k and they deduct R5.5k as a debit order. Now I have to wait 7 days for the refund. This is an absolute show of disregard for a customer. No customer service whatsoever. Bye bye Discovery, you will never see me again
I dealt with Shamanie Naidoo, whom I not only found to be knowledgeable but also extremely polite and respectful. She has absolutely resolved the issue I have had with Discovery Insure and the Retentions department. Well done Shamanie, Discovery can do with a lot more of people of your caliber. It was a fantabulistic experience dealing with you. Thank you once again, and I hope you get the recognition you deserve for our telephonic encounter.
I agree with Siphelele C, as the amount they they claim from me is exactly the same figure. You are a bunch of reckless scammers and I wish that someone will find you and $%^# you up. I do not owe you anyything so stop harrassing me
A contract was signed and deposit paid and now they have contacted my son to say that the owner has decided to have his mother-in-law move into the garden cottage. Surely this is not legal. I would definitely not recommend Saartjie Properties to anyone. This is pathetic.
In the beginning of December 2018 my washing machine made a noise and I got Daves Appliance Repairs to repiar it, After R1100 later, it was only a week after I paid that the maching was making a noise again. I have been unsuccessful in getting them to come sort it out even though they advertise on their website that all repairs carry a 6 month guarantee. The contact details are ********** 147, ********** , and ********** . ********** and they are in Malvina street in Birchleigh North Kempton Park according to the website. I am very disappointed as I might now have to spend more money to get the problem solved. I would not recommend them to anybody.
Two and a half months and still no ADSL line at home. Very poor service delivery
