The whole administration of their system is a shambles. I keep getting an email to rate them on their service, but it is not address to me just in my inbox. My own quote was too expensive and I am still awaiting the email from them to allow me to claim my R500.00. Pathetic if you ask me
I have taken a contract two months ago with MTN, and after just one month my subscription increases. How is this possible, I send an email to customercare@mtn.co.za, without any response. The 083135 number I dail gives me the message, "number not in use" This is the worst provider in SA.
I made purchases at Jasmyn, paid and drove back to Jhb. When arriving home I found that I was charged for an item incorrectly. I immediately contacted them, explained the issue and was promised someone would contact me back after they have checked the cctv footage. I then contacted them again to advise exactly what I was charged for and did not receive, and what I did have that was not charged for so that they can easily check the coding. Three days later and 4 phone calls later from me, I still get the person to tell me that HR will contact me back. Yet it is not happening. I will not shop there again. I am extremely disappointed with the sub standard service.
I requested a quote from them (First time to use them) received the quote for the accommodation, paid the deposit and then I am told that the quote was wrong and I have to pay the higher amount or be refunded. I took the refund, but will never use them again. BYE BYE SA VENUES
I saw the special they were running on a set of canvas prints, was reluctant at first because upfront payment has to be made. I decided to try it and paid. I received an email shortly after to explain the process as well. I sent the photos I wanted to put on canvas, and within two weeks I had my canvas prints. I can recommend Canvas And More whole heartedly. Well done.
I have settled my boodle loan acc on 7 July and on 24 th July they deducted another instalment. Pathetic.
I have a trail of about one hundred emails to them, and until recently I have been able to get a response from a a certain Abfodr Olkalh on email moosasjgervq@gmail.com. The last mail was that I would be refunded. Now when enquiring when the refund will take place the email is returned as "ADDRESS NOT FOUND". Please be warned that this is a scam company and do not spend money on them as you will never see anything from them or ever see your money again. Please stay away from them
I have ordered from them in May, and I have only been able to get a order number from them, and the Post Office requires a tracking number. They cannot supply me with this, only that the parcel is in SA. However, all my calls to various departments are rerouted and I am told that I need a tracking number. Luckybuyshop should surely get a tracking number from whoever collected the parcel from them. I have communicated approx 70 times with them via email to no avail except that I must contact the local authorities. They say, "PLEASE BE PATIENT"What a bunch of crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Telkom has conveniently misplaced a payment made to them for a deposit on a residential telephone/ADSL line at their Greenstone branch via card machine and cannot trace it anywhere after the payment was done. PAyment made Middle April, and was supposed to wait between 7 and ten working days for installation, eventually this gets escalated and escalated again and again and again, as nobody can trace this payment. Then I am asked for proof via my bank statement. Now 1 1/2 months later they say they will refund me and I must reapply and repay the deposit. What a bunch of monkeys do they have working for them. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable
