I am posting this complaint regarding LuckyFish, which appears to operate under the Hollywoodbets group.
On 1 March 2026 I withdrew R400 via ABSA CashSend and immediately reported that the withdrawal had been sent to an old phone number by mistake. LuckyFish support advised the funds would be reversed within 24–48 hours.
It is now 6 March and the issue remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and support tickets. I have been informed the voucher was escalated to ABSA for status verification, but no clear update or resolution has been provided.
I am requesting confirmation of the voucher status and the return of the funds to my LuckyFish account.
