I ordered dresses from Lufid. Africa on the 12 July 2025. The delivery date was supposed to be after 14 working day. Till today there is no delivery. I was told to send invoice number, order number, which I did forward to Lufi d. To my surprise on the 7 July 2025, 23H23, I was send a screen shoot that says "Dear Valued Customer, we at LUFI D want to extend our heartfelt apology for the inconvenience you have experienced with your recent order. We are currently undergoing company-wide restructuring to improve our operation, strengthen, quality control and enhanced customer service support. If you have any concern, need assistance with your order , WhatsApp or call Company director".
They took orders and my money when they have to deliver, I am being told about the restructuring. I do not see why restructuring must affect the orders, unless if it was Ludi D plan to scheme us our monies, by doing special. Lufi D is a scheme, people must be careful when placing the order with them. I ordered dresses for R2000.00. Now when they must deliver I am being told about the restructuring.
