Tracking Number:GE2602100009716: The person who was supposed to deliver my order , is lying say he/she phone me on 25 February 2026, 13:53, I have no miss call on my phone, I am tracking my orders several times a day, I knew that Temu will deliver today. But no one called me or send me a message. GFS cannot do their job. since two weeks back I have been receiving my orders, why would I not answer my phone for the order I paid. If GFS does not want to deliver my order they must communicate with Temu. If this is the plan to ***** my order then they will not get it right. I even waisted my money by calling GFS on this number that they send on my app +27822323003, i was told the line is busy, it is because gfs does not do their job. please gfs stop your nonsense and deliver my orders or transfer them back to temu
PO-184-02040475815033612, Temu divided my order because the goods come from deferent warehouse, now I must pay tax twice for the same order. it is not me that said they must store the goods from different warehouses. Unauthorised Activation of tracker by Toyota monument, west rand. I was in a process of purchasing a car at Toyota monument, on the 26 December we (Tebogo, Kagiso Mongalane and Cindy Potgieter) made an agreement that the tracker will be taken out of the invoice, I will use my tracker. On the 27 December 2025 the tracker was activated to deduct money (R199.00 and R994.99) on my account on the 1 January 2026. I was suppose to sign and finalize the whole deal on the 29 December 2025. I did not go because what we agreed on was ignored. I wrote the email on the 28 December 2025 to Carol and Kagiso that I am not interested anymore because clearly, they are not prepared to listen to my request. On the 29 December 2025 Kagiso called and he explained that activation of the tracker was a mistake. A mistake that is not fixed even today. I do not have the vehicle but the tracker is activated. Toyota monument must sort out this nonsense.
There is no private report that I received from pick n pay since 20 November 2025. pick n pay is unreliable. Can hellopeter please help. you are my only hope, because if i phone pick n pay customer service I am wasting my airtime.

My order was delivered on the 10 November 2025, around 19:42, in Pretoria central. 3 x pnp ultra Auto Washing Powder 3kg and 1 x plush pine Gel was not delivered. I called 0860 99 67 27, and I spoke to a man called Siyamthanda, I reported the matter to him and he locked a call for me . The call number is : #405863, he said he will call me back to give me feedback. Be careful guys pick n pay is unreliable, is not the first time my online grocery is not complete, I never reported because it was minor this, this time is 3 x 3kg pnp ultra auto washing powder and 1 x Plush pine gel. This was done deliberately. I will neverever order at pick n pay online anymore. Will give feedback as soon as I get feedback. Pick n pay does not even deserve 1 x star, it deserves no star. The order I was complaining about that is was indicated is delivered whereas I did not receive it, shein refunded me, I am placing the same order again hoping that this time the order will be delivered to me. It took too long to get through to shein. Thanx to hellopeter.
My order GSH13B21F0023YR, was not delivered to me, but my tracking status indicate that I received the order. I wrote emails to Shein, no answer. since 09 October 2025 till today. Shein is not reliable. if you have a challenge they do not reply emails or answer the WhatsApp. Shein I want my money. who ever you delivered to was not me. I ordered dresses from Lufid. Africa on the 12 July 2025. The delivery date was supposed to be after 14 working day. Till today there is no delivery. I was told to send invoice number, order number, which I did forward to Lufi d. To my surprise on the 7 July 2025, 23H23, I was send a screen shoot that says "Dear Valued Customer, we at LUFI D want to extend our heartfelt apology for the inconvenience you have experienced with your recent order. We are currently undergoing company-wide restructuring to improve our operation, strengthen, quality control and enhanced customer service support. If you have any concern, need assistance with your order , WhatsApp or call Company director". They took orders and my money when they have to deliver, I am being told about the restructuring. I do not see why restructuring must affect the orders, unless if it was Ludi D plan to scheme us our monies, by doing special. Lufi D is a scheme, people must be careful when placing the order with them. I ordered dresses for R2000.00. Now when they must deliver I am being told about the restructuring. LUFI D IS A SCHEME, WATCHOUT.
I placed 4 x orders at Shein Shanghai. The two orders were processed first, and when I checked the first order Tax was too high, my mistake was cancelling the last two orders. When I checked I again the tax was for two orders, and I realized that the tax was reasonable. However the damage was already done, the last two orders were cancelled from the 15 April 2025. My challenge is Shein said they paid my two-order refund but till today I did not receive that refund, Shein referred me to the EWallet, there was no money. Then Shein again referred me to the bank, the bank said Shein must sort out the payment. Since the 15 April 2025 till 08 June 2025, i have been waiting for my refund. I indicated that my refund must be returned back to my bank. That never happened. When it come to refund shein is terrible.
Actually Fastway does not deserve any star. I mark 1 x star because I would not be able to comment, This APP is programmed in a funny way. My last 2 x orders that was from temu, whereby temu handed my orders and my queries to fastway, my challenged was not solved . I ended up cancelling the order, then temu paid me instantly. however now that fastway had to return the parcels they were willing to help they were able to retrieve the parcel from the drop box. The consultant phone me to apologize, making excuses that their network at Centurion is not proper, that is why sometimes they could not be reached. So I was supposed to go to Centurion fix the network then call them, they are unproffessional. I will never order at temu ever again. temu has the bad tendency to divide the parcels and utilizing fastway. I was stressed I could not sleep thinking how to solve this problem temu refered me to fastway, fastway referred me to the driver who was having a bad attitude and he said he won't be able to solve my problem. I had no choice but to end the stress and cancel the order while the order was already in South Africa. fastway should change the name is not fastway, is nonsense.
