Review Luminous Power and Solar

I had a mixed experience with Luminous Power and Solar. On the one hand, the service I received during my initial interaction with them was excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address my needs. I was very satisfied with the service I received at that time.

However, the post-sales experience was a major letdown. After my purchase, I found that the business's after-sales support and follow-up was nonexistent. Attempts to reach out regarding a Certificate of Compliance (COC) certification were unsuccessful, as the business appears to have no established processes or personnel to handle these requests.

It's disappointing that a business that starts off providing great customer service fails to follow through on important post-sales obligations. Without proper after-sales support and documentation, I'm left feeling unsatisfied with my overall experience. I hope Luminous Power and Solar can improve in this area to provide a more complete and reliable service to their customers.
