URGENT WARNING – Winfields Great Getaways Shelley Beach
Dear All, We are writing to issue a serious warning regarding a *****ulent transaction involving Terri Winfield (allegedly the admin manager) and Belinda, connected to an advert we saw through a well known lodge's link. We were ****med out of R24,000 after attempting to purchase a week's accommodation. Once payment was made, all communication ceased. Despite repeated efforts, we have been unable to reach Terri Winfield or Belinda, and no refund has been issued. This appears to be a deliberate ****, and we urge everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this agency or individuals associated with it. Please verify all details independently before making any payments. We are sharing this to prevent others from falling victim to the same deception. Stay vigilant Sonja Pretorius

Review Luminous Power and Solar
I had a mixed experience with Luminous Power and Solar. On the one hand, the service I received during my initial interaction with them was excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address my needs. I was very satisfied with the service I received at that time. However, the post-sales experience was a major letdown. After my purchase, I found that the business's after-sales support and follow-up was nonexistent. Attempts to reach out regarding a Certificate of Compliance (COC) certification were unsuccessful, as the business appears to have no established processes or personnel to handle these requests. It's disappointing that a business that starts off providing great customer service fails to follow through on important post-sales obligations. Without proper after-sales support and documentation, I'm left feeling unsatisfied with my overall experience. I hope Luminous Power and Solar can improve in this area to provide a more complete and reliable service to their customers.
