l wish if was zero rating,this bus is a BIG ****,from the tickets office in Park Stn Jhb ,they lie about departure time ,while waitingfo the someone wil collecing luggage money,no scale as long u hve a bag u have to pay.R50 or R100 per bag,Secondly the bus is not registered to pick up passengers at the Bus stn in Park Stn you to hve walk outside to catch a bus,your surprises you will find a bus like Goldrn Arrow or Rea Vaya then you hve to squeeze in ,seat are falling down ,bus is extremely smelling bad.The stuff is very rude l can't count everything but don't waiste you money rather go back home and book for another bus following day.

Good day pple,DONT buy this ticket bus actual they don't have physical buses they hire the busses like local buses,My story l bought a ticket at Park stn Jhb saying bus will leave at 13:00 but realized on the hard writing ticket that bus checking inn it's 14:00,after 2pm l went to ask saying bus will leave at 3pm around 3:30 pm a guy came shouting Luqman buses we thought bus is arrived to find out we must walk out side of Park Stn to catch the bus outside suddenly found that was a man bus like local buses,seat are falling,bad smelling ,stuff including driver are extremely rude. We use that bus until Colesbay where we met another bus coming from Cpt we have to come out n take out our luggage n ready to change bus we waited. for more than 2 hours another bus to arrived then we exchange the bus to better one but all buses are plenty white no written any name so don't use this bus its ***

The worst bus company ever. Bought a ticket to King Williams town in Eastern Cape the departure scheduled for 6pm on the 20th March. They made us wait on the side of the road at Rissik street instead of park Station until 9pm in the evening. The guys conducting the queue were a bunch of drunk Zimbabweans who were threatening passengers and forcibly demanding money from the people who had bags with them. When the bus did finally arrive after 9pm in the evening they made us wait another 30 minutes while they attempted to clean it. Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any worse, the bus arrived at Queenstown, (which is another stop for some of the passengers) and we sat for 3 hours because our bus had ran put of fuel and had to wait for another bus which was en route from Cape Town. A 12 hour trip ended up being 19 hour trip. I simply don't understand how Park Station can let a company of ****mers and ********s have be a service provider in their vicinity. It was a horrible ordeal and I beg anyone who considers using these guys to not even dream of doing it. ********s is all Luuqman courier are!!!!!!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Luqmaan Logistics during my recent bus journey on March 19, 2024. My experience with your company was nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention in the hopes of preventing similar incidents from occurring in the future. On the aforementioned date, I boarded one of your buses from Johannesburg to Cape Town, expecting a safe and comfortable journey. However, my expectations were gravely disappointed when the bus was arrested in Cape Town for several alarming reasons. Firstly, it was revealed that the bus was not roadworthy, posing a significant risk to the safety of all passengers on board. Additionally, it came to light that the bus was operating with a *****ulent license and lacked both a permit and a spare wheel, essential components for any long-distance journey. As a result of these serious violations, all passengers, including myself, were left stranded in the middle of nowhere for more than six hours. Despite our pleas for assistance and compensation, our efforts were blatantly ignored by your staff. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer well-being is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of your company. Furthermore, the inconvenience and distress caused by this ordeal were exacerbated by the fact that we were forced to seek alternative transportation at our own expense. Not only did we endure a harrowing experience due to the negligence of Luqmaan Logistics, but we also incurred additional financial burdens as a result. In light of these egregious failures on the part of Luqmaan Logistics, I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a full refund of the ticket price as well as compensation for the inconvenience, financial losses, and emotional distress endured as a result of this incident. Additionally, I urge you to undertake a thorough review of your operational procedures and implement measures to ensure that such flagrant violations of safety and customer service standards do not occur again. I trust that you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take prompt steps to resolve it to my satisfaction. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint through appropriate channels and seek further recourse. I wouldn't advise anyone to go with this bus. I was told that i would find the bus inside the station only to be told by security that you board the bus outside park station. I booked 2 o'clock bus only for the bus to arrive at 4. After such a long wait the driver didn't even wanna open the door for us. Worst part, the bus is not so very comfortable, it looks like something that is going to out of south Africa deep into the bushes. I'd advise you all to not walk but run away from this company. They should just close down their company

Listen if you’re a person who is punctual please don’t take the bus. If you rushing please never take that bus and the departure time you ****en wait and they don’t care they don’t even bother to update you it an old stinking bus with taxi drivers they took on the streets. The departure location you go outside the station and outside that area with no notice. It’s like you taking a taxi Alex. Thank shame they should even stop operating!

Listen if you’re a person who is punctual please don’t take the bus. If you rushing please never take that bus and the departure time you ****en wait and they don’t care they don’t even bother to update you it an old stinking bus with taxi drivers they took on the streets. The departure location you go outside the station and outside that area with no notice. It’s like you taking a taxi Alex. Thank shame they should even stop operating!
