The reception lady was helpful but getting my deposit money seem to be a challenge. I have made two phone calls and was given false hope. I was promised to receive an email with my invoice to no avail and it's nearly 3 weeks with zero communication from Ladysmith Avis.
They collected my passport VFS and it's nearly a week, ended up handing my parcel to a third party - further delaying the process.
I recently had a frustrating experience with another courier service (The Courier Guy) and was looking for a reliable alternative. I decided to try PostEx, and I'm incredibly impressed. They were exceptionally efficient. Within an hour of my request, my documents were collected. Furthermore, their communication was outstanding. I'd like to specifically commend Natasha and Liana for their excellent service. Well done! I highly recommend PostEx.
They are terrible, collection of a police clearance using their service is a nightmare. An overnight service can take you a week or so without any communication from them. Try other courier service for a peace of mind.
Major components of my engine were missing after towing from their yard, no information was communicated on the day my vehicle was towed from them - only received a voice message later after we enquired about it (not even an apology) that the missing parts are with an engineer and return date not mentioned. Messages go unanswered and the arrogance is on a special level. Small town businesses with zero customer service.
This is the most useless and frustrating service provider I have ever used! Their support team is non existent and the internet is down most of the times.
My recent visit to Busamed Private Hospital left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. After rushing my cousin's baby, who had minor burns, to their facility in a moment of urgency, we were turned away without proper care or consideration. Despite the distressing situation, we were informed that they lacked specialized doctors for babies and had no dedicated children's ward at night. What struck me the most was the dismissive attitude of the staff member, who assumed we understood Xhosa and made no effort to comprehend our urgent need. Instead of assessing the situation or providing even basic care, we were swiftly referred elsewhere. It was a heartbreaking experience, leaving us feeling helpless and abandoned in a moment of need. In emergencies, one expects compassion, urgency, and at least a basic level of care. Unfortunately, Busamed Private Hospital failed to meet even these fundamental expectations. I urge others not to waste their time seeking emergency care at this facility.
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Luqmaan Logistics during my recent bus journey on March 19, 2024. My experience with your company was nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention in the hopes of preventing similar incidents from occurring in the future. On the aforementioned date, I boarded one of your buses from Johannesburg to Cape Town, expecting a safe and comfortable journey. However, my expectations were gravely disappointed when the bus was arrested in Cape Town for several alarming reasons. Firstly, it was revealed that the bus was not roadworthy, posing a significant risk to the safety of all passengers on board. Additionally, it came to light that the bus was operating with a *****ulent license and lacked both a permit and a spare wheel, essential components for any long-distance journey. As a result of these serious violations, all passengers, including myself, were left stranded in the middle of nowhere for more than six hours. Despite our pleas for assistance and compensation, our efforts were blatantly ignored by your staff. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer well-being is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of your company. Furthermore, the inconvenience and distress caused by this ordeal were exacerbated by the fact that we were forced to seek alternative transportation at our own expense. Not only did we endure a harrowing experience due to the negligence of Luqmaan Logistics, but we also incurred additional financial burdens as a result. In light of these egregious failures on the part of Luqmaan Logistics, I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a full refund of the ticket price as well as compensation for the inconvenience, financial losses, and emotional distress endured as a result of this incident. Additionally, I urge you to undertake a thorough review of your operational procedures and implement measures to ensure that such flagrant violations of safety and customer service standards do not occur again. I trust that you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take prompt steps to resolve it to my satisfaction. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint through appropriate channels and seek further recourse. I had a disappointing experience with KWSA agents. Despite their promise of fair dealings, they took advantage of me as a tenant by imposing ******* charges and then refusing to refund them. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism and integrity. Potential renters beware: proceed with caution when dealing with KWSA agents, as they prioritize profit over ethical practices.
Having been using Yoco, Ikhokha is miles behind in so many avenues. 1. The Dashboard is so basic, pulling reports and exporting them is not possible 2. The high-end machine (Khumo) does have fewer functions compared to the Solo machine (which is silly in my own view). Khumo DOES NOT have a Tip options - so rather buy the cheap machine if you are to go for Ikhokha 3. The support team have no willingness to help, they take forever to respond to chats or emails - no motivation at all In these days where there is competition, I personally think if you are a business and want to enjoy value for money and better service, I don't recomend Ikhokha at all.
