Terrible communication and massive delays.

This construction company is either ********* or ***********. Terrible communication. They have not only provided information that they subsequently backtracked on and denied (accused us of lying about or misunderstanding when it was clear was their intentions were), but their delays, now extending to around 6 months from the original timelines communicates have cost me tens of thousands of Rands.

We were told the day before the move that our property would not be ready and the foreman insinuated the fault was lack of communication on our side.

They communicate any effort to actually meet obligations as "a gesture of goodwill". It's ludicrous.

I would strongly advise people avoid purchasing any properties associated with this business.
