Complaint

We submitted a claim, we got no response from them, i called multiple times, with no response, until some guy advised they are looking into it. They requested that we pay penalties, which they did not communicate about when they received the claim. We paid the money the wanted. Sent pop. We waited and kept on following up, they never responded. We are being called by a guy that is lying saying they just help people. Our person died the 10th we burried him by the 22nd Nov with no pay out. We saw the undertaker taking a car in the yard saying he will sell it if we dont pay the money. And the main member is not coping because of this😭 she just fell near an atm as she saw there are no funds yet😏 she is now hospitalised.
