I’m writing this review with a heavy heart, I have submitted my claim In June 24 and on the 12 of June 24 I have received a message that they will process my claim and I haven’t received it till today. I have been making numerous calls however their service is so ****py with unfulfilled promises.
The lack of communication and delayed is beyond me, I had to make alternative plans to go and bury my grandfather with dignity, I came back hoping that they will process it after the funeral.
They really don’t get tired of lies, They keep on saying they have a power failure or they have a backlog of payments they are just lying trying to buy time.
