This is the worst managing property agent, they are very unprofessional. We have unresolved issues with you at Ihlathi estate. We have requested for a meeting with our trustees and you guys decided to decline it without a valid reasons. We don’t know our trustees and we don’t have their contact details. The trustees are making decisions on behalf of the owners without informing them,Who approved the special levies? We are paying you guys to manage the property, you simply couldn’t collect the outstanding levies to the owners but we are paying you guys to do that. We urgently request a meeting with our trustees, we need a clarity regarding the invalid signatures/information.
I’m writing this review with a heavy heart, I have submitted my claim In June 24 and on the 12 of June 24 I have received a message that they will process my claim and I haven’t received it till today. I have been making numerous calls however their service is so ****py with unfulfilled promises. The lack of communication and delayed is beyond me, I had to make alternative plans to go and bury my grandfather with dignity, I came back hoping that they will process it after the funeral. They really don’t get tired of lies, They keep on saying they have a power failure or they have a backlog of payments they are just lying trying to buy time.
Good day, I’m writing this message with a heavy heart, I’m so disappointed with Luvuyo Burial society. I have submitted my claim at the beginning of June and I haven’t received my pay out. I have been following up on a daily basis and they kept on saying the claim is due for payment When I asked them to please give me a time frame when should I expect my payment they are refusing to tell me, I have asked them to speak to their Manager which doesn’t have a direct line and email address and they said we are not allowed. I have received the sms on the 12/06/23 that they will process my payment but till today I haven’t received the money. Their service is so poor and the ladies that are working in the call centre are very rude they don’t know how to communicate with clients.
