I am utterly disappointed at the conduct, business ethic, and vile act from Luxe Homme. I made an inquiry prior to my order on the 29th of January, 2026, for a Valentine's Day gift. They responded that the item would be ready. I proceeded to place my order on the 30th of January. I made a follow-up on delivery; they confirmed delivery for the 13th of February 😠, and nothing was received. Today is the 21st of February 💔💔💔. I have still not received any delivery, no apology, and no update. I made contact; only then was I told my item was out of stock.
