Luxe Homme is vile
I am utterly disappointed at the conduct, business ethic, and vile act from Luxe Homme. I made an inquiry prior to my order on the 29th of January, 2026, for a Valentine's Day gift. They responded that the item would be ready. I proceeded to place my order on the 30th of January. I made a follow-up on delivery; they confirmed delivery for the 13th of February 😠, and nothing was received. Today is the 21st of February 💔💔💔. I have still not received any delivery, no apology, and no update. I made contact; only then was I told my item was out of stock.

Cartrack is a SCAM
Cartrack is a SCAM..!!!!! Am currently paying for a service am not using, got involved in a car accident unfortunately the car got written off. I tried to cancel the premium I was told that I agreed to a 2 years contract fine. I call today as an existing client to request I have a device installed on the new vehicle, am told I need to pay additional amount R600 plus, as though paying for a service am not using isn't bad enough .

Cartrack daylight robbery
I am in disbelief . !!! I got into an accident 16/10/2021 Cartrack sent an notice of alert, to this day no consultant called me . Today I call to cancel my premium since the car is written off, am told I cant cancel since the terms and conditions are that I have s 3 year contract. How do I continue to pay for a service am not using

I bought an item on the 2nd June 2021, I received the item on the 10th June 2021. The item did not fit so I returned the item same day to the shop and logged a refund. I have been waiting for a refund for 4 weeks now, they ignore my messages I have all the screen shots, I wrote on their wall after the posted, I got an immediate response that they would follow up. Its now almost 4 weeks
