Work on customer service

Poor customer service and regard for customer satisfaction, i made an appoint on their whatsapp and was given a time, upon early arrival i was then told that the lady who managed the whatsapp account was new and still training, reason being that the time she gave me was 17:30 no indication if that is closing time or when my appointment would start seeing as though i was only doing a wax under normal circumstances takes less than 15min ... instead they spent the exaft same 15 min trying to tell me that i need to make another booking they are closing at 17:30 i had already arrived there 17:00. The manager incharge of the shift could not even sympathise that i had to use money to come there only to be shown the door. I'll never go or recommend Luxoria Sandton.
