Absolutely no feedbach from Customer Care

<p>I have a pair of faulty RayBan's.  It seems Luxotoica are the agents for same.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted them at leats 5 times, speaking to different Customer Care agents all promising to give me feedback.  One told me to take the glasses to an Optomitrist for evaluation, which I did.  Classique Optical in Greenstone.  Photos were taken and feedback promised.  Nothing.  Absolutely nothing.  Very very poos service.  Despite the professional impression, the service is useless.</p>
