Luxwearza is not a ligitimate nor ethical online boutique - customers beware

I cane across this online instagram boutique thinking they were ligitimate. I immediately ordered a dress and paid into their account.

After that, all communication with me suddenly came to a hault. I was not given a tracking number and details pertaining to my order and when it would be delivered (exact date) and thats when I began to worry.

I called them and they did not pick up the phone, nor respond to texts or email communication. I communicated asking for my money back and that too I have yet to get back.

It is sickening for people to have it in them to steal people's money in this manner, they have no shame. I am still waiting for my dress that I ordered for an occasion this weekend, which I will now no longer be attending due this.

This will catch up with them. Incredibly infuriating. I oughy to report them to the authorities and have their number traced.
