Worst service
Hi I’m so worried because I’m experiencing the same issue with them that everyone is complaining about. They kept communication until payment was made. Now they’re not taking my calls or replying to my texts. And yet they’re busy posting on their instagram. And she goes online to read my texts but ignores me. All they care about are celebrities

LuxwearZA is A SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The worst experience thus far. I placed an order and was told that the goods would take 5 - 7 working days to arrive. On the 7th day I followed up with them and they kept ignoring my messages. I had to resort to messaging them on Instagram and twitter. They then responded and said they would refund me my money. They still have not paid me my money. They need to take down that page.

The worst experience thus far. I placed an order and was told that the goods would take 5 - 7 working days to arrive. On the 7th day I followed up with them and they kept ignoring my messages. I had to resort to messaging them on Instagram and twitter. They then responded and said they would refund me my money. They still have not paid me my money. They need to take down that page.

Luxwearza is not a ligitimate nor ethical online boutique - customers beware
I cane across this online instagram boutique thinking they were ligitimate. I immediately ordered a dress and paid into their account. After that, all communication with me suddenly came to a hault. I was not given a tracking number and details pertaining to my order and when it would be delivered (exact date) and thats when I began to worry. I called them and they did not pick up the phone, nor respond to texts or email communication. I communicated asking for my money back and that too I have yet to get back. It is sickening for people to have it in them to steal people's money in this manner, they have no shame. I am still waiting for my dress that I ordered for an occasion this weekend, which I will now no longer be attending due this. This will catch up with them. Incredibly infuriating. I oughy to report them to the authorities and have their number traced. Luxwearza 0719912112
