They’re a ****. I bought jeans from them in December. It is now June, I never received the jeans and they have not processed my refund after I asked them to refund my money. They keep changing the date of processing the refund. They’re an online ****.
Extremely unprofessional!!! They set up a date and time for appointment and kept calling every hour to change the time. They don’t have any business etiquette whatsoever. They keep telling me the technician didn’t have stock. How is that MY problem??? I paid for the service and they set a date and time that they failed to meet.
This company has bad workmanship and is very unreliable. They fitted a geyser for me last year and this year there was a leak that damaged my ceiling. I called them back to come fix the issue and replace my damaged ceiling because after they came to check, they discovered that the guys that had changed the geyser didn’t do proper installation which ultimately caused the leak. They have been giving me the run around for months constantly telling me they’re waiting for claim from their insurance. Would never use them again or refer them to anyone else.
Their hair looks beautiful! I’ve bought 2 units from them so far. The first unit I bought I wasn’t entirely happy with, it shedded and would go frizzy. I took it in for a wash and installation and the lady assisting said I should rather bring it in for a treatment because the unit is bleached and the bleach is the cause of the frizzy. The second unit I bought has great texture and looks beautiful. I’m looking to get a third from them but I guess I would stay away from bleaching their hair if it is indeed the cause of the shedding and frizzy of the 1st unit.
They are frauds!!! I placed an order (166230) Monday for goods amount to 2100 including delivery, they instead deducted over 6400 from account. Looks like everything I ordered was tripled. I tried calling them immediately and sent countless messages on their app but my calls have not been answered and no delivery was made. It’s now Thursday and I still can’t get hold of them. I sent messages for them to reverse my money or at the very least make delivery but nothing. Scammers!!
Hi I’m so worried because I’m experiencing the same issue with them that everyone is complaining about. They kept communication until payment was made. Now they’re not taking my calls or replying to my texts. And yet they’re busy posting on their instagram. And she goes online to read my texts but ignores me. All they care about are celebrities
I booked a flight a week in advance from Mthatha to Johannesburg for 28 August. Flight number is 1448. I got a call from Mpumelelo from airport in Mthatha advising flight has been cancelled and I would be put on a flight leaving the following morning. I told him that was inconvenient for me as I have to catch another flight from Lanseria airport to Durban at 10am the following morning so I would prefer they put me an another flight same day or I would forfeit my other flight which Was paid for in advance. Mpumelelo then advised there’s nothing they could do accept for me to leave the following day. Now this is extremely inconvenient because this has now meant I need to rebook my flight to Durban. I was not given much option as they should have rather given me option of leaving on an earlier flight same day. The customer care email address I was given customercare@flyexpress.aero bounces and there is no answer on their customer care lines (011) 978-5577/2355.
I booked a trip with Uber this morning to pick someone up. The driver picked up the wrong person and I was charged for the trip. I was unable to contact the driver directly as the trip had been ended already so I emailed my issue through. To my shock I was told I would not be refunded as the trip took place in a route that I have used before and for that reason they believe I did infact take the trip! I'm absolutely shocked by the lack of effort on their side to resolve the issue. They did not even contact driver to find out who was in the car and check what other trips were booked for the same route at the same time! Uber service is becoming more and more ridiculous! They no longer care about customer service and they don't seem to realize without a satisfied customer base they will not have business. And for that reason, I will be moving to Taxify. I refuse to continue putting money in their pockets when they take me for granted!
I had the misfortune of soliciting the services of Rent A Maid Sandton as I needed a domestic worker to clean my house for a day. I specifically approached a cleaning agency as I was under the misguided impression that it was safer getting someone from an agency as the staff would have been screened beforehand in case of anything. I noticed the day after I had the clean that money had been missing from my house. Stolen from my bedroom. I then contacted Antoinette immediately from the agency and informed her. This was on a Saturday and she asked that I give them until Monday as she needed to speak to the owner of the agency first, namely Wandi. On Monday I received no communication from them. On Tuesday I followed up and advised I urgently needed the cleaners details so I could investigate on my side as well and open up a case with the police station. They then replied advising that they are not willing to take any responsibility for my loss, furthermore they were not prepared to give me the cleaners details until o provide them with proof that she took the money. Unfortunately i do not have cameras installed in my room and would not be able to prove that she took it but if they could at least provide me with her details and maybe the police would be able to assist me. They refused to give me any details. I then asked to get the Wandi the owners contact details so I could speak to her directly and my requests have been blatantly ignored. I posed the question that what was the benefit of going through an agency to get a cleaner if there is no sense of security they can offer because in that case, I could have taken the risk of taking any woman off the street and into my house to clean because there is clearly no difference with what has now occurred. I have been to the police station to ask for advice and they said the agency needs to provide me with the worker's details for an investigation to be conducted. They have refused to assist and I still have not heard from the owner of the business which shows no compassion for her customers.
