CLICKS RUINS MKEM
MKEM clinic has always been our trusted go-to clinic for our two young children, but not anymore. Yesterday, I was told that my youngest son can not receive two of his three outstanding vaccines because he is 'too old' for them, however upon getting a second opinion from a trusted nurse at a different practice, I'm told she can definitely assist us. It's not always about friendly service, but KNOWLEDGABLE service. Luckily, I based my suspicion that the nurse is incorrect on the fact that her attitude didn't seem quite right. The more questions I asked about the vaccines the more defensive and full of attitude her responses became. Red flag for doubt to enter my mind immediately. I'm sincerely hoping in the buy over of MKEM, that Clicks didn't decide to 'let go' the trusted long-standing nurses that worked there under MKEM, when QUALITY service could be expected. Sad to see yet another South African business’s reputation decline after corporate control enters.

MKEM Skin Care
I have been going to MKEM Skin Care for the past few months now to get my brows shaped & tinted and always gets the best service. MKEM Skin Care
I have been going to MKEM Skin Care for the past few months now to get my brows shaped & tinted and always gets the best service. Bad service
I was at Mkem over the weekend to purchase a gift for my wife and was so disappointed at the service i got. The lady at the cosmetics department was not helpfull at all. Her name is Asive, but she did not want to give me her surname when i requested it to file a complaint. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again.

Bad service
I was at Mkem over the weekend to purchase a gift for my wife and was so disappointed at the service i got. The lady at the cosmetics department was not helpfull at all. No client service at all
Good day, I was at Mkem 24hr Bellville over the weekend. My 2 sons wanted to get a gift for my sister so they went to the cosmetic department. A consultant by the name of Asive was working and she was so rude to them. She chased them away and after i confronted her she shouted and gave me an attitude. No client service at all

Customer service
I have had the worst customers experience with one off the assistant pharmacists at the over the counter medication. I wanted to put my sisters medicine on her medical aid and had to help her as she is autistic. I was made out like I was a ******** wanting to put on someone else's medical aid. I was interrogated and when I couldn't answer I was told how do I not know that answer. My dad was phoned at the end of the day to say yes it's all good. But absolutely the worst customer service ever.

Grateful with a pinch of salt.
Really very convenient having a 24hour paharmacy nearby. So grateful. However, their service is so slow. Trying to get meds for a feverish child at home can take up to 15mins just in the qeue, then there's another 10 mins with the pharmacist, then an easy 20mins waiting for meds to be dispensed. Bring your patience & extra time.

Waste of time.
Will never go again! Waited 90 min for a vacination shot and we were only 2 people. AND M-Kem is NOT a 24hr service, due to the fact that one can only get vacinated BERFORE 6pm. Very dissapointed in M-Kem.

Waste of time.
Will never go again! Waited 90 min for a vacination shot and we were only 2 people. AND M-Kem is NOT a 24hr service, due to the fact that one can only get vacinated BERFORE 6pm. Very dissapointed in M-Kem.
