Really very convenient having a 24hour paharmacy nearby. So grateful. However, their service is so slow. Trying to get meds for a feverish child at home can take up to 15mins just in the qeue, then there's another 10 mins with the pharmacist, then an easy 20mins waiting for meds to be dispensed. Bring your patience & extra time.
Absolutely terrible service. It is 14:44 and I have been trying to get a statement on my account. Called the call centre twice and held on for a good amount of time. The statements sent via e-mail has still not been received. Then sent in total 3 e-mails to request, still no reply. Even bought data, downloaded the app and what do you know, the account I need a statement on is not linked so I cannot get a statement. Then I chat with a consultant on the app and the chat is closed stating that I was sorted. But not. What does it take to get a statement from Nedbank? Will visiting a branch even help?
Debiting at a date they decide on instead of the agreed date on contract. Leaving my current account overdrawn. That specific department does not work on week ends and I have to wait until Monday. In the interim who pays the interest accrued on my current account? And I, the client, have to call back even though there is a call logged now.
As a prestige banking client, the service I receive is far from prestige. I have better luck getting through to call center 0860 123 000 with agents competently able to assist but do not have access to my account so I have to contact or be tranferred to private banking. 15 minutes later I am still waiting for my call to be answered. Can I just have a normal account. General banking customer service far surpasses the level of customer service in private.
I have been with Santam for more than 15years. Fees are exorbitant and I've been considering moving my policy elsewhere been back and forth on this. Now, today I find that the service too is just inexusable. You're getting it all wrong Santam. Certainly not worth the money you're charging me. Your customer service leaves alot to be desired. Who leaves a client hanging on for so long while they're being transferred and does not even tell them which option to choose when transferring them. Appalling!!
I think Im being ****med. Finding it rather suspicious that CRF is suddenly not answering calls and cutting you off once they've played their welcome message, going on for a few days now. Still waiting on my payout. Was first told it will pay out end Sept, then in October, then I was told after 15 October. Put in a two pot claim more than a month ago. They don't give you any feedback, you have to follow up constantly. Their service is very poor.
Had a surprise birthday lunch at La Romantica Meerendal wine farm. Never again. Steak was dried out like it had been sitting out for a while or maybe just re-heated before it came to our table. My daughter's pasta was flavourless & emptying half the bottle of pepper on it didn't help. The best part was the chips that came with my son's burger. Had to pop in at Spur for a meal on our way home. Thanks Meerendal but never again, you definately did not live up to the hype!
So, I wrote a review on ADT Security on 30 November, response was someone would contact me. To date no contact made and I had to phone the contact centre again this morning. ADT service is appalling. I cannot wait to just cut ties & move on. They don't even deserve a one star rating.
Fedility ADT Cape Town (Bellville area). Worst service ever. No straight answers or interest in resolving the issue. All you hear is it's been referred. Mind you, my contract only started 1 November 2023 & I have had endless problems.
KFC Strand road Bellville does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Their service is pathetic. Long line or not you can spend up to 45mins waiting for your food, go thru drive thru & you be assured they get your order wrong yet we always went back. As we live in the area, its convenient BUT after biting into my chicken & having to pull out a long strand of hair with the other end still stuck in my chicken was the last straw! Convenient or not we're not going back there again.
