Appalling service

I took a phone from them in September 2024, and I paid my last instalment in February 2025. Since then my simcard has been locked to the phone which I cannot remove. I asked them through app messaging and called them twice to remove that but still no success.

What kind of company is this that frustrates its clients in this manner??
