I'm so disappointed with this company. I pay so much for my internet on the go and it's sad that they have an outage since very early this morning, until now i don't have any connection. No even the decency to inform us of this outage. R599 is a lot of money and i don't expect such ******* treatment.
I took a phone from them in September 2024, and I paid my last instalment in February 2025. Since then my simcard has been locked to the phone which I cannot remove. I asked them through app messaging and called them twice to remove that but still no success. What kind of company is this that frustrates its clients in this manner??
The service here is pathetic! I ordered a new simcard for Internet on the go and i arrived 3 days ago. To this day they can seem to connect me to the internet. I've been through a number of agents and they are struggling to connect me. I work with data and if a simple simcard cannot connect via phone o pocket router then you have a problem as a company. Your call center is also useless because you hold on for an agent until your airtime is depleted. You aslo don't have the decency to call us as clients when we have issues. Please fix this today or give me back my money!
3 weeks ago my bank account was paused because someone i don't know even from a bar of soap deposited amount of R350 on 31 March 2024 and i wasn't even aware of it because i hardly check my in-app messages. It is said that the money was from a big investment **** called RNI, which I'm not even part of, now my account has been flagged because of it. I was told to go look for the person that deposited the money into my account and ask for them to provide me with a proof of payment and an affidavit saying that he's the one who transferred the money. I don't know who the person is and i wouldn't know where to start looking. I've been with capitec for 14 years if I'm not mistaken and this is the treatment i get from them. I can't access my money because I'm blocked for something i don't have a clue of. I just want to access my money and close this account for good because what they have done to me is beyond words. I'm no longer interested in banking with them anymore. I just want to cut my ties and bank elsewhere.
It's literally a mission to get a hold of them via calls. You hold on forever and this parcel was ordered in the first week of March and now its stuck at the post office.
Chicken Licken Randgate in Randfontein shocked me yesterday. There was a nee employee that was being trained and the way the manager spoke to him in front for us the customers was seriously disgusting. I felt so hurt because she was treating him like someone who can't think. She was impatient and rude. I believe her name is Monica... She has no place in society if she treats fellow human beings like this. Absolutel rubbish!!
I'm so disgusted by the treatment i got from you as a service provider. How the hell do i pay my monthly subscription of 479 just for you not to reactivate my simcard? Its been over 24hrs and i still cannot connect to the internet. You have really dropped the ball and I'm honestly fed up with you
