I have struggled with the shortfall premiums claims department for over a week to process my claim. They will take you from pillar to post when you want to claim. At this point I have given them all the documents accept the assessor's report for my written off vehicle. My vehicle insurance cannot provide that document to M-sure. They are now refusing to assist me and they want me to send them written confirmation from my vehicle insurance. All the documents I submitted indicate that the car has been written off. These documents are: Agreement of loss from the Comprehensive insurance Proof of banking details Certified ID copy of the insured Confirmation of Settlement / Paid up letter from the bank Assessors Report from comprehensive insurance Proof of damage Full Accident Report Natis
All these documents clearly indicate the car is written off. My new vehicle is also insured by this company and I am going to promptly remove it and find another shortfall cover insurance. The service here is **********. They will take your money every month, but don't you dare claim.
