I ordered from Woolworths on the 20th and on the 21st i received a message that my parcel is handed over to courier and on the 22nd January 2026 i received a message from courier at 10h00 stating that they will deliver my order , then i waited till 14h03 they said my order is next for delivery ,when i check on their track my parcel website it said "delayed missorted" no contact no explaination they just said i am next ,on the 23rd they send again message that they could not de***** so they will re attempt again still they did the same thing ,i think they are playing games and being unprofessional with people's percels ,we order to use those things not to play ,i ordered my child's school shoes you can imagine the inconvenience and frustration i am in, i have to go another week while my child is struggling , i am really annoyed by their service ,it is really pathetic and uncalled for.they really need to get their acts right or stop partnering with those shops they are bringing bad publicity for poor shoes .i want my order ASAP
