LMS by M24logistic courier I ordered from Woolworths on the 20th and on the 21st i received a message that my parcel is handed over to courier and on the 22nd January 2026 i received a message from courier at 10h00 stating that they will deliver my order , then i waited till 14h03 they said my order is next for delivery ,when i check on their track my parcel website it said "delayed missorted" no contact no explaination they just said i am next ,on the 23rd they send again message that they could not de***** so they will re attempt again still they did the same thing ,i think they are playing games and being unprofessional with people's percels ,we order to use those things not to play ,i ordered my child's school shoes you can imagine the inconvenience and frustration i am in, i have to go another week while my child is struggling , i am really annoyed by their service ,it is really pathetic and uncalled for.they really need to get their acts right or stop partnering with those shops they are bringing bad publicity for poor shoes .i want my order ASAP
I have been complaining since March till date about the payment i have made and it does not reflect on their side "as they say" but i paid and my electricity was unblocked but to my surprise now my money is untraceable and no one has the answers they keep on taking me from pillar to post or all they say is that "unfortunately we cant see it on our side" so what must i do ?? Because clearly there is something wrong with their system how can i be unblock then all of the sudden the payment does not eeflct , they said i must email proof to creditcontrol department ,i did but no luck no reply no sense of urgency they are not taking their customers serious they dont care , all the peoplw i spoke to over the phone they dont know and they dont even care to follow up i must keep on begging and calling but there is no one who knows their credit control department does not even reply to client , their complaint department closee my case with no feedback ,this is really frustration and it seems like they dont take us serious ,and we are talking about money it cannot just disappear with no trace , somebody must have answers and solution ,if they dont know then who must know??
I ordered fridge and washing machine on the 11September 2023 and asked for them to be delivered on the 16th as i will be available on that day , then only fridge was delivered the washing machine ,the driver (Tshifhiwa) told me that there was a stock taking so the delivery cannot take place so he will arrange to deliver monday and i told him i asked for saturday for a reason During the week up until today no communication i must always call them they all taking me from pillar to post i am really disappointed in their service and nobody knows when ever i call they are escalating this is really nonsense. Everytime they call once and then return my order back i made arrangement yesterday and gave alternative numbers still today nothing i had to call again they tell me stories that it has not yet being despatched.i am really tired of this really they must start taking their clients serious and learn to follow instructions as they are from the client.i regret
