You are truly useless and pathetic, you have sent out technicians 4 times to repair the same elliptic exerciser, you don't have the correct spares, you keep fixing the same things that break. The last time I used the exerciser once and it was broken. What, do you wait for the warranty to expire to charge us rather than replace or refund us?
