Keep up your pathetic service, you don't contact your customer to confirm they are available, you deliver when customers are not home like a Saturday afternoon, you act like you are doing customers a favour. We pay you to deliver to us. If you can't figure that out tell me when you are going to pay me my salary. The best part is your driver wants to throw my parcels over the wall as delivery...shut down your company, blacklist your drivers, you all should not be allowed to work.

Why does your driver who was VERY late, attempt to deliver after your specified hours and expect me to be twiddling my thumbs waiting. Your service is pathetic, your driver only arrives late in the afternoon EVERY time and yesterday wanted to deliver after 5pm. Do you understand I pay you, if all customers stopped using your services your business would fold and you would have no salary. You and your drivers are not doing me a favour, I am doing you a favour having you deliver to me. You are not the only delivery company around. You truly seem oblivious to this fact.

Pure Disgust....you unilaterally decide that based on my cars value I must have a tracker, I have to spend more money in this economy to meet your requirements and get no value for it. My car has depreciated in value but you ****BUGS still want me to have the tracker to provide insurance cover the economy hasn't improved and the tracking company annually increases my monthly subscription fee. I have a low risk car that isn't worth *****ing but you sucked needing a tracker out your thumb. If you pay my monthly tracker bill I will take the most expensive tracker so you can find my low risk car which will not be ******. You have zero consideration or care for your customers and rather support a pointless company, once a car is ****** in this country is it ever retrieved??

You are truly useless and pathetic, you have sent out technicians 4 times to repair the same elliptic exerciser, you don't have the correct spares, you keep fixing the same things that break. The last time I used the exerciser once and it was broken. What, do you wait for the warranty to expire to charge us rather than replace or refund us? I want a refund for the exerciser and the home gym 2.0 I bought months ago.
