I am writing this review with great disappointment, our social club made a booking at Mabalingwe, i was the one doing the booking, i was communicating with a lady named Lynette, she sent me a quotation /profoma invoice which included a refundable breakage fee of R3000, we checked in on Friday 22 November 2024 and checked out on Sunday 24 November 2024 till today we did not receive the refund for the breakage fee and so far as i remember nothing was broken. I tried to contact Lynette several times on her number even on her WhatsApp she just ignores my texts This is a clear daylight ******* and disrespect to clients, i mean if there was a reason for the delay she should have communicated or atleast refer us to the relevant department, I don't recommend Mabalingwe cos of their attitude and robbing people tendencies
