Bad and disrespectful service from fnb connect, i app**** for an iphone 15 on fnb connect and got an approval yesterday only to be told today that my order has been cancelled for a reason i was not told, i didn't even receive any notification, this is bad and distasteful service. I am writing this review with great disappointment, our social club made a booking at Mabalingwe, i was the one doing the booking, i was communicating with a lady named Lynette, she sent me a quotation /profoma invoice which included a refundable breakage fee of R3000, we checked in on Friday 22 November 2024 and checked out on Sunday 24 November 2024 till today we did not receive the refund for the breakage fee and so far as i remember nothing was broken. I tried to contact Lynette several times on her number even on her WhatsApp she just ignores my texts This is a clear daylight ******* and disrespect to clients, i mean if there was a reason for the delay she should have communicated or atleast refer us to the relevant department, I don't recommend Mabalingwe cos of their attitude and robbing people tendencies
I have bought goods from heyshape wear and they were delivered to the Buffalo International logistics since the beginning of November, after numerous calls, emails and WhatsApp they have been taking me from pillar to post till now i still have not received my parcel

I bought 2 phones ( oppo phones) at cell c around 23 March a week later my daughter broke the sin card tray of one of the phones, a week.ago I took it back to cell c lebowakgomo and they booked it for repairs, but even today I still don't have an update, they keep saying they are still waiting for a quotation I find this unacceptable because with other network providers you get a quote within 48 hrs or if there's a delay, you get a proper explanation This is an inconvenience cos I bought that phone to assist my daughter with school work, and yes I acknowledge our part in damaging the phone but what am I supposed to do with it or where should I take it for repairs if the very same company I bought it from treats me like this?
I was handed over to CS solutions ref 100000461 by cell c last year, I paid off the account with an amount of R12 155,76 on 31 July 2023, I am now unable to obtain any credit because they refer me to this paid off account When I call CS solutions I'm being taken from pillar to post This is now over 6 months
I have queries with my debit orders, I called fnb to the consultant put me on only for more than an hour 1:15:40 to be exact, I'm still holding even now This is pure unprofessional
I have received the worst service from nedbank Lebowakgomo branch, i qued from 9:40, i was assisted at 13:00 There is no sense of urgency and no one cares about clients, starting from the security guard who is rude to customers This branch has always had bad service but it seems to be getting worse I would not recommend Nedbank to anyone because of this branch Atleast the teller who assisted us was friendly and nice
