Worst customer service ever. Ever. Last month they sent me the wrong meal via UberEats. I complained about it, privately. They did nothing. So I complained about it, publicly. They made a big fuss of asking, over and over again, for contact details. Despite the fact that we were obviously in contact with one another. Then they promised to send me a replacement meal if I gave them my address. I supp**** my address. They never sent a replacement meal. Now it seems they just want to keep my address (and contact details) on file somewhere, in breach of various privacy laws. Don't bother contacting them for help. And don't bother ordering food from them - they seem (proudly) incapable of supplying whatever you order, and will merely (*******ly) save your contact details to their database.
