Restaurant used to be a great place for a pub lunch - We've been going there when they were still called O'Hagans, we're regulars - But it seems as the months and weeks go by, service is getting poorer, quality of food is going also.
Was there again on Sunday, one person in our party had a steak and I had their chicken livers. The steak had a distinct, sour smell - and looked unappetizing, my livers were extremely salty and was extremely hot (spice) - usually when one orders it, it was mild - this time is was ****** inedible - yet the manager walking around in a laid back and lazy demeanour said that is how they served it - yet having had it before I know this is not the case.
With only two in a party of four being happy with their meals, I consider 50% a hard fail, especially in times such as these with COVID and a struggling restaurant industry. While the steak was removed off the bill, someone's appetite was spoilt, and it also means that the steak, visibility looking and smelling foul was still placed on a plate for a customer - this was a conscious decision - and unfortunately, they have now lost a couple long standing, loyal customers.
