Bad Customer Service

I ordered a bed for delivery in the morning between 8 and 12 but the bed was only delivered after 13h00. The sales agent was not at all understanding or helpful.

The delivery company failed to keep to their commitment.

Half the day was wasted waiting for the delivery. We have to pay for delivery service which is unreliable.
